We’re thrilled to announce Katie Edwardson, former Project and Marketing Co-ordinator, has been promoted to a new role as Operations Executive here at Hexis Quadrant.
In recognition of her continued (valuable!) contribution, coupled with her great attitude, curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, it is only fitting that she moves into a role with greater autonomy and responsibility.
As our first official full-time employee since co-founding Hexis Quadrant, Katie began her journey right as the pandemic hit Australian shores and was thrown in the deep end. She took it all in her stride with a smile on her face and an infectious, jovial attitude.
Switching career paths from event management, Katie brought with her a natural talent for project management and operational processes. Katie dipped her toes into the breadth and depth of the projects and processes we were juggling, and she adjusted and adapted quickly along the way.
Katie has since completed her Diploma of Project Management and has continued to develop and prosper vocationally during her time with us.
Katie will be stepping into a new role that will utilise her dynamic strengths. She’ll be working across project management, programme management and client servicing & support within our marketing consulting team.
We’re very proud of Katie and what she’s achieved so far and greatly appreciate the hard work and character traits she’s brought to our team culture. Congratulations, Katie!
