Hexis Quadrant Pty Ltd ABN 91 620 161 257 appreciates your patronage and commits to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) applies to your personal information that we collect.

If you do not agree with any term in this Privacy Policy, please do not provide any personal data to us.

Hexis Quadrant collects the following types of personal information where it is reasonably necessary for our business purposes:

    • – telephone number
    • – where you apply for employment with Hexis Quadrant, information which may be contained in a resume and which may be recorded during any interview or pre-employment checking

We do not generally collect sensitive information about you.  However, in certain circumstances, we may ask that you provide us with certain health information (such as when you contact our consumer information service or apply for employment with us).

You may notify us that you wish to deal with us by not identifying yourself or using a pseudonym. However, if we are not able to collect personal information about you we may not be able to provide you with the products, services, information or assistance you require.

 

  1. 2. How Hexis Quadrant collects personal information about you

We collect personal information from you in the following ways:

    • – when you contact our consumer information services via telephone or our contact us web page
    • – when you sign up to receive our newsletter or other marketing materials

    • – when you apply for employment with us and during the recruitment process

  1. 5. Overseas disclosure and storage 

Hexis Quadrant does not directly send any personal information overseas.

Service providers who provide us with services including data storage, information and data aggregation and processing, remote access, back up and scanning, email filtering, and virus scanning may perform some of those services in overseas locations.  We use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that these third parties protect this personal information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

For example, like many websites, Hexis Quadrant uses “cookies” and other technologies, to collect information about matters including but not limited to the date, time and duration of visits and which pages of the Website are most commonly accessed.

This information is generally not linked to the identity of visitors, except where the Website is accessed via links in an email or another electronic message we have sent or where we are able to uniquely identify the device or user accessing the Website, such as when you are logged into an account.

We may use this information for purposes including but not limited to understanding and measuring your online experiences, determining what products, promotions and services are likely to be of interest to you, and to provide you with relevant marketing materials when you visit third party websites.

    • – If you require access to the personal information that we hold about you, we may charge a fee for providing access to this information and we may refuse access where the privacy legislation allows us to do so.
