Hexis Quadrant facilitate and deliver The Retail Academy, a suite of tools and trainings designed to build commercial capability across all levels of an organisation. It is highly agile, functional, easy to use and adaptable to your business.
Working in consultation with you, we will deliver bespoke training programs to best meet your unique needs. We will never give you a one-size-fits-all approach as that’s simply not how we work here.

The Retail Academy is made up of a series of core competencies with specific learning modules to address specific competencies. Depending on your learning needs, we take a modular approach to designing your training programmes. We draw upon specific modules to build the appropriate content to meet your specific training and development needs.

The level of training we ultimately deliver is based on a participant’s job grade/level and required commercial outcome. Each group of participants will be different so it’s important that the training is at the appropriate level for the optimal outcome.

We work with you to map the required capabilities levels across the core competencies for each of the various roles within your organisation or function. The required level of each competency will vary depending on the job grade which will, in turn, determine the required proficiency at each level within the organisation.
